The food here is usually very good, and the new $8 meal deal is a great value. That said, there are a few things that could really improve the customer experience. First, ordering a side of vegetables is surprisingly difficult. It seems like employees have to use a workaround just to add it to an order, and if you’re ordering online, it’s nearly impossible. That should be a simple option. Another issue is the lack of readily available napkins. I understand that custom-branded napkins can be expensive, but having no standard napkins available for customers is frustrating. If I accidentally make a mess while waiting for my food, I have to interrupt the staff just to ask for something as basic as a napkin. It seems like a simple convenience that should be available. I also noticed that customers can freely grab plastic knives, but forks and spoons aren’t available in the same way, which seems a bit odd. Lastly, every time I visit, something has changed. Whether it’s procedures, what’s available, or how things are handled, the experience feels inconsistent. Consistency is one of the most important parts of running a successful business, and I think paying more attention to these de

Today was a horrible experience after not visiting this location in awhile, a coworker and I made an online order #12. When I arrived, I checked in and they told me they were just finishing up. The lady packing up the orders, then placed part of my order into a drive thru order. I then had to wait an additional 10-12 minutes, I was offered a large drink for the inconvenience. After waiting through 6 customers, tired of waiting I went back up to the counter. My order was just sitting there and no one called out or brought it to me. I was offered another free item, this doesn’t make up for the time lost. I feel a mistake in an order should be top priority to all other orders. The customer shouldn’t be waiting for a mistake that is clearly on the restaurant. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

I love Ono but it shouldn’t take 33 minutes to make me two chicken and beef meals. Place is slow and they prioritize the drive thru people. It was managed good but whoever is the new manager that was their on July 4th at 4pm needs to step her job up

Lots of food for a good price. (Unless you are very hungry, two can easily share or you have great leftovers.) Some of the beef was a little tough and despite going inside to order takeout, I didn’t realize I should have asked about sauces for the crab Rangoon and the katsu. Unfortunately, I didn’t have anything at home so, that was disappointing. (Thus, the less than 5 stars on the food and service.). Still, I would go back.
